For September 2019 all parents of existing or new users of the Club will need to be registered with Davidson-Roberts.


How to book a session

Bookings can now be taken online by visiting

In order to make a booking, you will first have to register yourself as a user. Once you have done this you will access your dashboard. On the right hand side there are some sections that need to be completed before you can book any sessions.

  • Firstly, please add at least 2 more names and contact numbers in the “emergency contacts” section.
  • Secondly, please add the details for each child who will be using the club in the “child / children’s details” section.
  • Once you have done this, you will be able to make a booking.

To make a booking, click the “booking” tab. A set of four drop down boxes will appear. Please choose which child/children you would like to book for in the top box. Then please choose Coton Primary School in the second drop down box. In the third box you will need to choose the Coton Home Club. From the fourth box you will need to choose either the first or second half of the relevant term.

If you wish to book for the whole of the term, please choose the first half first, and select your sessions and add them to your basket. Then click on the “return to bookings” button and you will be able to re-select for the second half of the term from the drop down box.
You will be able to select each day and session you would like to book and add these to your basket.

Once all the sessions you need to book are in your basket you can opt to pay with a debit or credit card via the PayPal system, or with childcare vouchers, or Tax Free Childcare by putting your voucher provider details (or TFC details) in the boxes provided. You will then need to transfer the vouchers to us within 48 hours.

You will be able to log into your account at any time to book more sessions. You can see the sessions you have booked by clicking the “summary” tab in your dashboard. You can also cancel sessions up to 7 days before they are due by clicking the “cancel and refund” button beside the session details. Any refunds will remain on the system for use against future bookings. If you have opted to pay with childcare vouchers and we have not yet received them or logged them against your booking, you will still be able to cancel a session, and the amount owing will be reduced accordingly.
